At Ayana, we pride ourselves on providing a serene and professional environment. To maintain this "Ethereal Opulence" atmosphere, we require all guests to adhere to the following:

Ayana Luxury Salon shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services if the client has not disclosed such conditions prior to treatment. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate health information.

The Salon is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We provide secure lockers for your convenience during specific spa treatments.
